2017 Community Shield: Victor Moses, Koscielny cleared to play in Arsenal vs Chelsea

The North Londoner's manager, Arsene Wenger, will have Laurent Koscielny in his squad for Sunday’s Community Shield game against Antonio Conte's blue side
The defender was sent off in the final game of Arsenal the Premier League last campaign vs Everton, leading to a three-matches ban.
Koscielny served the first game of that suspension against the Blues in the FA Cup final which he was replaced by Per Mertersacker, the remaining two more will carry over to this season campaign that is he wont be on play for arsenal two first matches against Leicester city and stoke city.
The Community Shield game was thought to count as one of those, but the FA have confirmed that they consider the game to be a friendly one between FA cup winners and the League winners, meaning Koscielny will be free to play for Arsene Wenger side.
The same rule will be applied for Chelsea and Victor Moses who received his own red card against Arsenal in the FA cup final by diving in the box, meaning Antonio Conte is free to use the Super Eagles star on Sunday. He will however be available against Burnley.
