According to the leading tabloid the UK produces, The Sun, Chelsea are taking a look at Ballou Jean-Yves Tabla.
Tabla, an 18-year-old winger, is on the books of the MLS side Montreal Impact and has been recommended to Chelsea by none other than Didier Drogba, who, of course, has links with the club.
The teenager made his debut for Montreal Impact back in April and marked his first game with a goal. Since then, having progressed from the youth side, he has made 17 appearances.
His skills have, we should say, attracted attention from other clubs in Europe with our source inferring that Lille and Red Bull Salzburg are also interested in the teenager.
Tabla`s current contract expires in December 2018, giving Montreal Impact the opportunity to receive a handsome fee for their asset.
On the international stage, Tabla has been called up by Canada but has yet to make his international debut, but it is said that he is considering pledging his future to the Ivory Coast.
